Mixed Native Hedging Trough 60-80cm (2’0″-2’7″)

Mixed Native Hedging Troughs. These are a 1 metre length of hedging plants and are currently approx between 2ft and 2ft 7in tall from the top of the rootball to the top of the plants.

They are generally a mixture of Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna), Field Maple (Acer campestre) and Hazel (Corylus avellana), although some may have Spindle (Euonymus europaeus) and Dogwood (Cornus sanguinea) in the mix.

These hedging troughs are ready to plant out now. Plant one per metre.

Please note that as hawthorn, hazel and field maple are deciduous and not evergreen so in the winter they lose their leaves.

Please note that we do not recommend splitting the individual plants in the hedging troughs. We recommend you plant them as a whole trough in a trench.
